16ozWild Salmon - Grilled or Blackened

12oz Romaine – Washed & Cut

4oz Croutons

2oz Grated Romano

2-3oz Caesar Dressing

Compile Salad

* Wash, Cut & Dry Romaine

* Mix Romano throughout Romaine

* Add Croutons and mix throughout


* Prepare Salmon

* Lightly coat Salmon with vegetable oil

* Cover with blackening seasoning

* Blacken Salmon in hot pan with minimal vegetable oil


Option 1

Crumble Salmon and mix throughout

Option 2

Place fillet next to or on top of salad
